Smoky Peruvian-Style Riced Pilaf Green Arroz

  1. Cook Tolerant Smoky-Peruvian Style Red Lentil Pilaf according to the package directions. Set Aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. In a cast-iron skillet, combine the Smoky Peruvian Rice Pilaf, fresh peas, jalapeno pepper, tofu, and avocado.
  4. Stir to combine, then garnish with parsley.
  5. Bake for 5-8 minutes until warm, then serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
