- 1 box Tolerant Organic Kids Red Lentil Galaxy
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, or more to taste
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- Cook Tolerant Organic Kids Red Lentil Galaxy according to the package directions. Set aside.
- Combine the pumpkin puree, coconut milk, garlic powder, and nutmeg in a medium pot and mix together. Place over medium heat until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and divide among bowls to serve. Enjoy!
